“Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs. He touched my mouth with it and said, ‘Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven.’”
(I didn’t touch the burning coal to my mouth since my sins are forgiven by Christ.)

FYI. The only Way that has been perfected for the forgiveness of ALL sins is by the faith to repent of the one sin of Jesus’ murder.
This is the only possible way to obey the Acts 2:38 command and comply with God’s demand of accounting for the fact that Jesus’ life was taken by bloodshed. Gen. 9:5b NIV The theory of salvation relative to substitutionary atonement always comes short of the glory of God by not teaching the only Way the Acts 2:38 command can be obeyed. Not repenting of Jesus’ murder is a sin just like crucifying him was.

I think we can all agree that somehow (depending on who you ask) Christ’s death has put us right with God and given us a fresh start, right?
The theories as to how that happened are legion are they not?
