Crazy like a Fox, well just plain crazy

There is something going around as of late. No it’s not the flu, or the measles, it’s not even chickenpox. It’s foot-in-mouth disease. Sen. John Kerry showed manifestations of it earlier this week and now it’s Mexican President Vicente Fox’s turn.

This is a quote from Vicente cited in a recent AP story via the Houston Chronicle:

‘”We are already a step ahead, having been born in Mexico. Imagine being born in the United States, oof!’ Fox said Tuesday with a chuckle, according to the Associated Press, after a remark that Mexicans should be thankful for their heritage.”

LOL!!! A step ahead? Presidente Fox, te sientes bien?

Before I get leveled with being a bigoted and intolerant _____ , I am Mexican, so you can stuff it. In fact, the fact that I was born in Mexico and now happily reside in these United States flies against the ludicrous statements Fox made.

Mi Presidente, in case you haven’t noticed, people (our countrymen) are leaving our dear Mexico in droves to the same United States you just got done slamming. Before you start talking about being a step ahead, please look at the numbers and have someone explain to you that there are a whole heck of a lot more people going north than there are going south.

Viva Mexico!!! (especially when the World Cup rolls around)

I think he was talking very specifically about the wide (not inaccurate) conception Mexicans have about the loose morals and loose cultural identity of gringos! duh!

Dont trash on Mexicans…especially if you are a potato!

LOL 🙂 someone has to represent for mexicanos…

A potato? Very nice though I will not pretend to convince you otherwise, seeming how your mind is made up.

Whatever America’s flaws are, one cannot ignore the fact that we are coming over here in increasing numbers.
