Who is Gorki Aguila? I didn’t know until I saw this story online:

Cuba has punk rockers? According to the story Aguila will stand trial for “social dangerousness”. This is defined by Cuban law as,
behavior contrary to “communist morality,” and police use it to detain offenders before they have a chance to commit a crime.
Communist morality… To be sure, I did think it interesting that an atheist State like the Soviet Union considered homosexuality a crime, wonder if it’s the same in Fidel’s worker’s paradise? And in the U.S.S.R. they did this without resorting to the Bible.
Of course in a totalitarian communist state worker’s paradise, “social dangerousness” can be whatever the hardest worker wants it to be, for example: criticizing Cuba’s hardest worker, Fidel Castro.
Apparently, Mr. Aguila’s lyrics do just that so his arrest is hardly a surprise.
If I were Aguila, I’d be asking where Tom Morello and Zach de la Rocha are.

Gorki Aguila wasn´t arrested for criticize the comunism. He was arrested because the neighborhoods called the police from the noise that the group was making.

Gorki é um viciado em drogas, pertencente a um grupo de música que tem como objetivo defender o regime de Bush na ilha. É por isso que vem fazendo sucesso pela Internet. Em 2003 já havia sido preso por porte de drogas.
